FAQ
Questions founders ask.
Straight answers to what people ask most before they apply.
Do I need an idea to apply?
No. Start from an idea the studio has already tested, or bring your own. Both work.
Do I need a co-founder?
No. You'll build alongside experienced operators from the start, and we help form founding teams as products grow.
Do I need to be able to code?
You don't need a CS degree, but you do need to ship working software with AI tools. That's the job. If you can take an idea to a live product, however you get there, you're who we want.
Is it salaried?
Yes. You're a salaried, full-time employee from day one, with real upside on top that you earn over time. We talk through the specifics with you directly.
What's the upside?
A stake in the products you build, through revenue share and equity. You earn it over time, as you create value.
What's my stake in what I build?
You build the products and help steer them. Your stake comes through revenue share and equity you earn over time, tied to the value you create.
What if an idea doesn't work out?
That's expected, and it's built into how we work. We learn fast and move you to the next one. You keep the skills and the track record.
What if I leave, or it's not working out?
Your salary is yours. Anything you've vested under the upside terms is yours too, on whatever we agreed in writing up front. The rest doesn't carry, and there are no traps.
What counts as something you've built?
A side project, a shipped tool, a repo, anything people actually use. It doesn't need to be polished. We care that you ship.
Where is it based?
London, in person, full-time.
What happens after I apply?
We review on a rolling basis. Strong applicants come in to meet the team and take part in a short, practical selection process.
How do I progress?
You progress as you create value, not on a fixed clock. You take on more as you prove what you can build, move into senior roles on scaling products with a bigger stake, and the strongest products grow into standalone companies that you stay core to.
How is this different from an accelerator or fund?
We don't write a cheque and wave goodbye. We're in the room building with you, and we back the people who do the building.
Most roles make you wait your turn. Here you start building.
Salaried, full-time. Build real products that reach customers.
